GSV Potential United; World u/21 Dream Team

With the beautiful game constantly churning out top young talent for us to marvel over, it becomes harder for even the most seasoned of Couch Coaches to keep track of who is the most promising player in which position or which young players have the potential to blossom into superstars. The purist in me loves watching a promising young player stamp their mark on world football to the amazement of many, knowing that I myself knew of this players promise and prayed that it would be fulfilled; we want it for our brothers like we want it for ourselves, otherwise we don’t believe. There is a plethora of talented young players in the game right now, although they will not all become household names or even decent professionals; it is always worth assessing which players in this pool of the games future professionals truly stand out and are worth keeping an extra eye on as they continue to develop. Here goes my compilation of the top talented young players in the world right now, selected from the players 21 and under; potential and current ability were the guidelines for selection into this side.

Team B

Simone Scuffet [Italian; Udinese]             {96’}

Eric Dier [English; Tottenham Hotspur]   {94’}

Kurt Zouma [French; Chelsea]    {94’}

Luke Shaw [English; Manchester United]        {95’}

Oliver Torres [Spain; Atlético Madrid]     {94’}

Nathaniel Chalobah [English: Chelsea F.C]        {94’}

Gerard Deulofeu Lázaro [Spanish; FC Barcelona]       {94’}

My views on promising players are thrice my opinions, disagreements are only natural when differing thoughts are shared; I personally hope that all the promising players out there strive hard to fulfil the potential that they have and Bob’s your favourite aunties first husband, the future of world football is in great hands even after the current crop of stars begin to decline.
